These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of QH - Peace of Mind and its members. QH - Peace of Mind, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

QH - Peace of Mind reserves the right to change these terms at any time and without notice. All users who access this site agree and accept all the terms of service and policies listed throughout the site.

Third-Party Liability
QH - Peace of Mind will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.

Membership Cancellation
Membership at QH - Peace of Mind is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. QH - Peace of Mind will only cancel/terminate a membership if it’s deemed that the member is operating in conflict with QH - Peace of Mind terms and conditions.

Relationship
A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of QH - Peace of Mind.

Disputes
Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws.

Private Information
QH - Peace of Mind will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.

Copyright Material
All branding, logos and graphics contained within QH - Peace of Mind are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. QH - Peace of Mind provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.

Damaging Intent
Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to QH - Peace of Mind and or its members will be terminated from QH - Peace of Mind. Depending on seriousness, QH - Peace of Mind may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

UCE/UBE or SPAM
QH - Peace of Mind strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of QH - Peace of Mind and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.

Contact Information
It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area.. QH - Peace of Mind will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.

Refund Policy Membership
Allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.
