Out of body experiences is an occult practice and an out of body experience produced through meditation or witchcraft which is traveling outside one’s body in spirit form to another destination. But when you are gone, who’s minding your body?

Demons can move in and take possession. Out of body travel opens up a gateway for demonic spirits. It is an occult practice and powered by evil spirits. Once a person takes this soulish control over his/her spirit, they can enter the spirit realm any time and talk to demons.

We are to be under the guidance and control of Allah (swt).

This practice is often used in occultism and shamanism. %10 of world population can do that but they should never attempt to do that. If you are not under guidance, it is very dangerous and to be avoided at all costs by the believers.
